Lately I've noticed myself drawn to bright, neon pinks-- whether it
be bright pink hair a la Charlotte Free below or the hot pink matte nail
polish I've been sporting on my toes. I chock this up to the
spring/summer gal inside me begging to finally be set free
after all these snow storms and months of frigid weather. And nothing
says it's getting warmer like pink! I can see myself now, jetting off
the subway toward work wearing only blue jeans, a white blouse, and the
most bad-ass pair of hot pink pumps imaginable. No coat, no bundling,
just a chic outfit and a hint of summer in the air. *Le sigh* Do me
justice, Mr. Groundhog!

update on the flat: totally tried them on in j.crew & not only are they PIIIIINK (like neon, highlighter, bad pink *sad face*) but also, had far too much toe cleavage for my liking. so disappointed! :(
