living in cashmere.

I took a chance and made my first ever cashmere purchase last month, not knowing a thing about the fit, feel, or warmth. From what I had read online, and gathered from what I've seen over the past few years, it is not only luxurious (have you seen the price of most cashmere anything?) but thinner and warmer than most regular, bulky, knit items. As a tiny gal who freezes the second the temperature hits 72º (I can actually feel it-- true story) and cannot deal with the itchy, scratchy feel of wool, I couldn't resist this wonder fabric. Needless to say, I have been living in the black Ann Taylor A-Line Sweater I purchased (and just bought a duplicate on sale) and would not mind spending the rest of the frigid New York winter in cashmere.
